Edge Infinium ETP – Product Information
Primary treatment: Removes oil, grease, and settleable solids via screening, equalization, and chemical dosing.
Secondary biological: MBBR or SBR reduces BOD/COD using high-density biofilm on moving media — compact & shock-resistant.
Tertiary polishing: PSF + ACF + UF + RO delivers crystal-clear water with <30 ppm TSS and <50 ppm COD.
Sludge management: Thickener + filter press or centrifuge produces dry cake (<20% moisture) for safe disposal.
Fully automated with online sensors for pH, TSS, COD, and flow — real-time data via SCADA.
ZLD-ready with RO reject recovery and evaporator for water recycling and zero discharge.
