Scraper-type with spring-loaded blades removes heavy cake buildup; perfect for paint, coolant, and viscous fluids.
Cleaning cycle triggers via differential pressure (DP) sensor or preset timer — lasts 10–60 seconds with <1% flush water loss.
Continuous filtration during cleaning — no process interruption, no manual intervention, no production loss.
Rugged SS304/SS316 construction with IP65 gear motor; optional ATEX for flammable environments.
PLC+HMI allows remote monitoring of DP, cycle count, and fault alerts via Modbus/Ethernet.
